摘要
售后技术服务面临的主要问题为重销售轻服务、服务手段单一等。售后技术服务理念应以客户为主,懂得换位服务及“销售+服务=营销”的理念。售后技术服务措施方面,首先树立正确的售后技术服务观念,明确服务流程,制定服务标准,其次加强与客户技术部门的沟通交流,强化过程管理,注重评估考核,定期对售后技术服务人员进行全面性、专业性的培训。
The main problems faced by after-sales technical services are emphasizing sales rather than services and single means of service. The concept of after-sales technical service should be customer-oriented, understand the concept of transposition service and "sales + service = marketing". In tenns of after-sales technical service measures, first of all, we should establish a correct concept of after-sales technical service, clarify the service process and establish service standards. Secondly, we should strengthen communication with customer technical departments, strengthen process management, pay attention to evaluation and assessment, and regularly conduct comprehensive and professional training for after-sales technical service personnel.
