The application of lean management mode can effectively realize the production quality control of refractories, reduce energy consumption and improve product quality. Therefore, refractory production enterprises should explore a new mode of quality management under the guidance of lean thought. This paper expounds the production link of refractory, analyzes the concrete application mode of lean management mode in its production quality control, and puts forward some effective improvement measures for the quality management system to realize the improvement of refractory quality control level.
