摘要
以废玻璃为原料,通过喷雾干燥法制备空心玻璃微珠坯体,再经烧结后得到空心玻璃微珠。研究了坯体粒径、发泡剂种类、烧结温度和送料风速对空心玻璃微球表面形貌和成品率的影响。结果表明,粒径分布较大是限制微珠成品率的重要因素,采用无机盐与有机物作为复合发泡剂可以增大发泡剂分解的温度范围,从而显著提高微珠坯体的发泡效率和成品率,随着烧结温度和送料风速的提高,微珠成品率呈现迅速增大然后逐渐减小的趋势。当发泡剂的含量为3%(质量分数),烧结温度为850℃,送料风速为1.6m/s时,微珠成品率最高达到91%,成品微珠堆积密度为0.26g/cm^3,真密度为0.55g/cm^3,抗压强度为4MPa。
Using waste glass as raw material,hollow glass microspheres were prepared by spray drying.The effects of the types of foaming agents,sintering temperatures,particle size and feeding speed on the surface morphology and yield of hollow glass microspheres were studied.Results show that the particle size distribution was an vital factor limiting beads yield,and using inorganic salt and organic compound as composite foaming agent could increase the decomposition of foaming agent temperature range,which improved the efficiencies of microspheres,body foaming and yield.Furthermore,with the increase of sintering temperature and feed speed,the beads yields increased rapidly and then decreased gradually.In this study,when the quality fraction of foaming agent was 3%,sintering temperature was 850 ℃,and feeding wind speed was 1.6 m/s,the microbeads owned the maximum yield of 91%,the bulk density of 0.26 g/cm^3,the true density of 0.55 g/cm^3,and the compressive strength of 4 MPa.
