腹腔镜下卵巢畸胎瘤剔除术治疗儿童良性卵巢畸胎瘤临床疗效评价

Clinical evaluation of laparoscopic ovarian teratoma removal for benign ovarian teratoma in children

目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢畸胎瘤剔除术治疗儿童良性卵巢畸胎瘤临床疗效。方法选取2015年9月至2018年2月本院收治的儿童良性卵巢畸胎瘤患者48例,分为两组。对照组25例进行开腹卵巢畸胎瘤剔除术,观察组23例进行腹腔镜下卵巢畸胎瘤剔除术。比较两组疗效,卵巢畸胎瘤剔除术中出血、平均排气时间,手术前后患者手术应激炎症状况,邻近器官损伤等并发症的发生率。结果观察组效果高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组卵巢畸胎瘤剔除术中出血量、平均排气时间优于对照组(P<0.05);手术前两组手术应激炎症状况差异无统计学意义;手术后观察组手术应激炎症状况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论儿童良性卵巢畸胎瘤患者行腹腔镜下卵巢畸胎瘤剔除术效果明显,可减少术中出血及术后恢复时间,减轻手术应激炎症状况,并减少并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic ovarian teratoma removal in the treatment of benign ovarian teratoma in children.Methods A total of 48 children with benign ovarian teratoma admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to February 2018 were enrolled and divided into two groups.In the control group,25 patients underwent open ovarian teratoma removal,and 23 patients underwent laparoscopic ovarian teratoma removal.The efficacy,the bleeding in the ovarian teratoma was removed,the average venting time,the inflammatory condition of the surgical stress before and after surgery,the incidence of complications such as adjacent organ injury of the two groups was compared. Results The effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The average venting time of the ovarian teratoma was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the stress inflammatory status between the two groups before surgery.The postoperative operative inflammation status of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The laparoscopic ovarian teratoma removal in children with benign ovarian teratoma is effective,which can reduce intraoperative hemorrhage and postoperative recovery time,reduce the stress of surgical stress and reduce the incidence of complications.
