神经阻滞联合枝川疗法治疗带状疱疹神经痛的临床研究

Clinical study of nerve block combined with Zhichuan therapy for herpes zoster neuralgia

目的探讨神经阻滞联合枝川疗法治疗带状疱疹神经痛的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年11月期间本院收治的带状疱疹神经痛患者66例作为研究对象。依照随机数字法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。对照组患者单纯采用枝川疗法治疗,观察组患者采用神经阻滞联合枝川疗法治疗。应用VAS评分表对两组患者治疗前后的疼痛程度、睡眠影响积分进行评定,比较两组评分差异;同时比较两组治疗后的临床效果。结果两组患者治疗后的VAS评分较治疗前均有降低,观察组治疗后的VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的有效率为96.97%,显著高于对照组的81.82%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经阻滞联合枝川疗法治疗带状疱疹神经痛的临床效果更为确切,能够有效缓解患者的疼痛,改善患者的睡眠质量,提高治疗效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nerve block combined with Zhichuan therapy on herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods 66 patients with herpes zoster neuralgia admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number method,they were divided into observation group and control group,33 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were only treated with Zhichuan therapy,while those in the observation group were treated with nerve block combined with Zhichuan therapy.VAS scale was used to evaluate the pain degree and sleep impact score before and after treatment,and to compare the difference between the two groups.At the same time,the clinical effect of the two groups after treatment was compared.Results The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,but the VAS scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group (P< 0.05).The effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 96.97%,significantly higher than that of the control group (81.82%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of nerve block combined with Zhichuan therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia is more accurate,which can effectively relieve the pain of patients,improve the sleep quality of patients,and improve the therapeutic effect.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical management.
