个性化护理在脑出血偏瘫并发重症肺部感染患者的应用体会

Application experience of personalized nursing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia complicated with severe pulmonary infection

目的个性化护理在脑出血偏瘫并发重症肺部感染患者的应用效果。方法选取本院2015年4月至2018年10月收治的脑出血偏瘫并发重症肺部感染患者78例,按照随机数字表法分为实验组(个性化护理)和常规组(常规护理),各39例。对比两组患者主要症状积分(咳嗽喘息消失、体温恢复正常、白细胞总数恢复正常以及血气指数恢复正常)以及临床护理满意度。结果护理后研究组较对照组的主要症状积分高,护理总满意率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑出血偏瘫并发重症肺部感染患者采用个性化护理能有效改善患者预后情况,确保其自身咳嗽喘息等症状得以改善,改善护患关系提高满意度,提高其治疗效果,值得借鉴。

Objective To apply individualized nursing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia complicated with severe pulmonary infection.Methods 78 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia complicated with severe pulmonary infection were enrolled in our hospital from April 2015 to October 2018.They were divided into experimental group (personalized nursing) and routine group (conventional nursing) according to random number table,with 39 cases in each group.The main symptom scores of the two groups were compared (cough wheezing disappeared, body temperature returned to normal,white blood cell count returned to normal,and blood gas index returned to normal) and clinical care satisfaction. Results After treatment,the main symptom scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the total satisfaction rate of nursing was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing for patients with cerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia with severe pulmonary infection can effectively improve the prognosis of patients,ensure their own symptoms such as cough and wheezing,improve the relationship between nurses and patients,improve their treatment,and improve their therapeutic effect.
