四步法眼袋整形术治疗老年眼部整形对患者并发症发生率影响分析

Analysis of the influence of four-step eye bag plastic surgery on the incidence of complication in elderly patients with ocular plastic surgery

目的分析四步法眼袋整形术治疗老年眼部整形对患者并发症发生率的影响。方法选取本院收治的120例眼部整形老年患者作为研究对象,选取时间段为2015年4月至2017年11月,采用数字随机法将患者均分为观察组和普通组,并采用不同的手术方法,比较两组的治疗效果和并发症情况。结果观察组患者下眼睑松弛改善、下眼睑臃肿消失以及外眦鱼尾纹显著减少例数均高于普通组,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出现4例并发症,发生率为6.67%,普通组出现16例并发症,发生率为26.67%,观察组并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论四步法眼袋整形术治疗老年眼部整形患者效果显著,并发症少,安全可靠,可以进行推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of four-step eye bag plastic surgery on the incidence of complication in elderly patients with ocular plastic surgery.Methods 120 elderly patients with ocular plastic surgery admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects.The time period was from April 2015 to November 2017.Patients were divided into observation group and general group by digital random method.And different surgical methods were used to compare the treatment effects and complications of the two groups.Results In the observation group,the improvement of lower eyelid relaxation,the disappearance of lower eyelid swelling and the significant reduction of outer fish tail was higher than that of the general group.The data were statistically significant (P<0.05).The observation group had 4 complications.The rate was 6.67%.A total of 16 complications were seen in the general group,the incidence was 26.67%,and the complications were lower in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion Four-step eye bag plastic surgery is effective in treating elderly patients with ocular plastic surgery.It has fewer complications,is safe and reliable,and can be popularized.
