动静脉内瘘成形术患者出院准备度应用研究

目的探讨动静脉内瘘成形术患者出院准备度应用情况。方法选择2016年10月至2017年11月本院收治的112例行动静脉内瘘成形术的终末期慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者,分为干预组(n=60)和对照组(n=52),干预组在常规护理的基础上进行出院准备干预,对照组采取常规护理。比较两组患者出院准备度量表4个维度21个条目评分。结果干预组出院准备度评分与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);受教育程度越高患者的出院准备度评分越高;与家人同居的患者出院准备度评分(139.9±12.34)明显优于独居患者的出院准备度评分(79.3±7.38),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正确的出院准备干预显著提高了患者出院准备度水平,医护人员应高度关注末期慢性肾脏病患者动静脉内瘘成形术后的出院准备度水平。

Objective This study discussed the application of the readiness for discharge in patients with arteriovenous fistula plasty.Methods A total of 112 patients with end-stage chronic kidney disease (CKD),who were treated in our hospital during October 2016 to November 2017 and had underegone arteriovenous fistula operation,were divided into the intervention group (n=60) and the control group (n=52).The intervention group was intervened by readiness for discharge on the basis of routine nursing,while the control group took routine nursing.And we compared the discharge scale 4 items 21 scores of the two groups.Results The score of the readiness for discharge of the intervention group was significantly different from that of the control group (P<0.05).The higher the level of education,and the higher the score of the readiness for discharge.The cohort of patients who lived with their family members had a significantly higher score of readiness for discharge (139.9±12.34) than those who lived alone (79.3±7.38),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Proper discharged readiness intervention significantly increased the level of the score of the readiness for discharge,health care workers should pay close attention to the late stage of chronic renal failure patients after arteriovenous fistula discharge preparation level.
