胃癌早期诊断中血清胃蛋白酶原及幽门螺杆菌抗体的价值分析

Value of serum pepsinogen and Helicobacter pylori antibodies in early diagnosis of gastric cancer

目的探讨血清胃蛋白酶原及幽门螺杆菌抗体在胃癌早期诊断中的价值。方法选取本院在2016年5月至2018年11月收治并诊断为早期胃癌患者60例为胃癌组;选择同期于本院接受体检检查的健康人员60例作为对照组。对比分析两组人员的PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平及PGR(PGⅠ/PGⅡ)、Hp-IgG抗体阳性检出率情况,并且对比分析Hp-IgG抗体阳性、阴性者的血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平及PGR情况。结果与对照组比较,胃癌组患者的血清PGⅠ及PGR明显较低,PGⅡ水平明显较高(P<0.05);胃癌组患者的血清Hp抗体阳性检出率为83.33%,明显高于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05);与Hp抗体阴性组比较,Hp抗体阳性组血清PGⅠ水平及PCR明显较低,PGⅡ水平显著较高(P<0.05)。结论在胃癌早期诊断过程中,通过检测受试者的血清及抗体水平,有助于胃癌的早期筛查及诊断。

Objective To investigate the value of serum pepsinogen and Helicobacter pylori antibodies in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods 60 patients with early gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to November 2018 were selected as the gastric cancer group, 60 healthy people who underwent experience examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.The PGⅠ,PGⅡ levels, PGR (PGⅠ/PGⅡ) and Hp-IgG antibody positive detection rates were compared between the two groups,and the serum PGⅠ,PGⅡ levels and PGR of Hp-IgG antibody positive and negative were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the serum PGⅠand PGR of the gastric cancer group were significantly lower,and the PGⅡ level was significantly higher (P<0.05).The positive rate of serum Hp antibody in patients with gastric cancer was 83.33%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (25.00%)(P<0.05).Compared with the Hp antibody-negative group,serum PGⅠ levels and PCR were significantly lower in the Hp antibody-positive group,and PGⅡ levels were significantly higher (P< 0.05).Conclusion Early detection and diagnosis of gastric cancer can be achieved by detecting serum and antibody levels in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer.
