摘要
研究采用高温固相法合成Eu^3+,WO4^2-共掺杂Na2CaSiO4系列红色荧光粉。通过X射线粉末衍射和荧光分析,研究荧光粉的结构和发光性能。考察了Eu^3+,WO4^2-掺杂量对荧光粉发光性能的影响。结果表明,掺杂了Eu^3+,WO4^2-后Na2CaSiO4仍为纯相,属立方晶系结构,但掺杂后晶胞参数发生变化,说明Eu^3+,WO4^2-已经进入晶格中。荧光粉发光强度随Eu^3+,WO4^2-掺杂含量的增加而增大。Eu^3+在晶体中的含量为20%时(以Na2CaSiO4物质的量为基准),荧光粉Na2CaSiO4∶Eu^3+的发光强度达到最大值。当WO4^2-在晶体中的含量为0.07%时,此时,发射光的强度是掺杂前的2.74倍,色坐标为(0.66,0.34),更接近标准色坐标(0.67,0.33)。
Eu^3+, WO4^2- co-doped Na2CaSiO4 red phosphors were synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction. The structure of the sample and luminescence properties were by XRD and PL. The effects of Eu^3+, WO4^2- doping amount on the luminescence intensity of the phosphors were investigated. The results shows that after doping Eu^3+ and WO4^2-, Na2CaSiO4 remains pure phase and belongs to cubic crystal structure. However, the cell parameters were changed, indicating that Eu^3+ and WO4^2- have entered the crystal lattice. The luminous intensity of phosphor increases with the growth of Eu^3+ and WO4^2- dosage. When the content of Eu^3+ ions is 20 % of molar amount of Na2CaSiO4, the luminescence of phosphor power Na2CaSiO4∶Eu^3+ reached the maximum. When the content of WO4^2- ions is 0.07 %, the intensity of emission is 2.74 times of that before doping, and the color coordinate is (0.66, 0.34), which is closer to the stand color coordinate (0.67, 0.33).
