摘要
根据TaW12合金材料不同的应用需要,其塑性和强度可以通过采用不同温度退火在一定范围内进行调整。采用变形率为75%左右的热轧态TaW12合金板材在1200~1450℃下进行了退火试验。通过分析不同退火温度下材料的室温拉伸力学性能,并观察其组织形貌来分析TaW12合金退火温度对其组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明,在1350℃退火,发生部分再结晶的合金板材具有较好的塑性,同时也保持了较高的室温强度。
In accordance with different application requirements of TaW12 alloy materials, we adjust its plasticity and strength within a certain range by annealing at different temperatures. Annealing experiments are performed on hot rolled TaW12 alloy sheet at a temperature range of 1 200~1 450 ℃. By analyzing the tensile mechanical properties of the material at room temperature under different annealing temperatures and observing its microstructure morphology, we investigate the effect of annealing temperature on the microstructure and properties of TaW12 alloy. The test results show that, when annealing at a temperature of 1 350 ℃, the partially re-crystallized alloy plate has an optimal plasticity and favorable room temperature strength.
