以文化人是促进大学生思想政治教育理论完善和实践深入的重要渠道。以文化人自洽合理的内在逻辑是其价值彰显和方法理路的重要前提和基础,其中“文”是内容安排,“化”是方法应用,“人”是目标诉求。以文化人对大学生思想政治教育的学科发展所需和学生成长所盼具有重要价值,彰显在思想政治教育理念的完善、思想政治教育实践的改进和思想政治教育环境的完善中。大学生思想政治教育以文化人的方法理路,应当理论教育和实践养成双管齐下、传统文化和时代特征并举融合,环境熏陶与自主发展并驾齐驱。

Education by culture is an important channel to improve the ideological and political education's theories and practice of college students. The inherent logic of education by culture's harmony and rationality are important premise and foundation of its value and approach, in which culture is the arrangement of it, education is the method of it, and college is the objective appeal of it. It is of great value for the educators to meet the needs of the development of the ideological and political education of college students and the expectations of the students' growth. It is manifested in the perfection of the ideological and political education concepts, and the improvement of the practice of ideological and political education and the perfection of the ideological and political education's environment. College students' ideological and political education should be based on the method of education by culture. We should cultivate both theoretical and practical education, combine traditional culture with the characteristics of contemporary, and keep consistent pace with the development of the environment.
