区域经济高质量发展统计评价研究

A Study on Statistical Evaluation of High-quality Regional Economic Development

本文在科学界定经济高质量发展内涵特征的基础上,构建了区域经济高质量发展评价指标体系,并综合运用层次分析法和主成分分析法,对我国区域经济高质量发展水平进行评价。结论认为,无论是在动能转换、增长水平、结构优化、效率变革、绿色发展、共享发展等分类发展水平方面,还是在总体发展水平方面,均存在较显著的区域不平衡性,且呈现出东部、中部、西部逐次递减变动特征,为此提出相应政策建议。

Based on scientific definition of connotation characteristics of high-quality economic development, this paper constructs a high-quality development evaluation index system for regional economy, and uses AHP and PCA to comprehensively evaluate China's regional economic development level. The conclusion is that there is a significant regional imbalance in terms of the level of development of kinetic energy conversion, growth level, structural optimization, efficiency revolution, green development, shared development, and overall development level. Besides, the development level is gradually declining from east to midland then to west. Accordingly, corresponding policy recommendations are proposed.
