摘要
信息化技术的不断发展为建筑业结构升级转型带来了新的机遇,将新一代信息技术用于全过程工程咨询项目中,能有效地提高项目管理水平,形成数字化资产管理,成为转型企业的一项核心竞争力;为更好地将信息化技术与传统项目模式相结合,文章从实际应用项目出发研究了BIM技术特点及实际运用的范围,以及全过程工程咨询管理中的应用价值和优势,分析中国国内BIM技术在全过程工程咨询项目实践中存在的问题,打破传统思维格局的思考传统技术与信息化技术在设计、招标投标、施工准备、施工、运维等不同阶段管理中的具体应用,随着信息化技术研究和实践的不断深入,我国的工程管理领域必将从CAD时代过渡到信息化管理时代。
The continuous development of information technology has brought new opportunity for the structural upgrading and innovation of the construction industry. The application of most advanced IT technology in the whole process of engineering consulting projects can effectively improve the level of project management, form digital asset management, and become a core competitiveness of transition-type enterprise. In order to better integrate information technology with traditional project procurement, the article from the practical application project. Starting from the study of BIM technology characteristics and practical application scope, as well as the application value and advantages of whole process engineering consultation, this article analyses the existing problem in the whole process engineering consulting project practice of BIM technology in China, breaks the traditional thinking pattern and combines traditional technology with information technology in tendering stage,design stage,construction preparation phase,construction phase and operation and maintenance phase. With the development of information technology research and practice,it is confident that the professional practice of Engineering consultation in China will develop from the era of CAD management up to IT management.
