摘要
随着BIM技术大范围应用,造价行业的BIM应用模式亟待统一。在行业的现状下,BIM不是法定数据载体,数据准确性缺乏保障,加之BIM模型工程量不符合现行计量规则,导致BIM技术在造价行业发挥受限。为探索适应行业现状的造价管理BIM应用方式,文章提出“抓过程、放两端”模式,即在预算、结算阶段只进行BIM辅助应用,但强化过程管控的BIM应用深度,并通过数据分析论证该实施模式下的计量方式选择,同时基于定制开发的BIM管理平台进行造价动态管理,通过该模式实施达到减轻传统计量工作量、提升造价管理效率的目标,为现阶段造价行业BIM应用提供借鉴。
With the wide application of BIM technology, the application mode of BIM in cost evaluation practice needs to be unified urgently. Under the current situation of the industry, BIM is not a legal data carrier, lacking guarantee of data accuracy, and the amount of BIM model engineering does not keep in accordance with current measurement rule, resulting in the limitation of BIM technology in the cost evaluation practice. In order to explore the application mode of BIM in cost management adapting to the current situation of the industry, the mode of "grasping the process and putting the two ends together" is put forward, that is, only BIM auxiliary application is carried out in the budget and settlement stage, but BIM application depth of strengthening process control is strengthened. The selection of measurement mode of the implementation mode is demonstrated through data analysis, and the cost dynamic is carried out based on the customized BIM management platform. Management, through the implementation of this model to reduce the workload of traditional measurement, improve the efficiency of cost management, and provide reference for the current BIM application in the cost evaluation practice.
