摘要
我国经济的加速发展以及电网工程建设投入的稳步增加,对输变电工程造价管理水平提出了更高的要求。随着计算机技术和互联网的广泛应用,输变电工程造价管理过程中积累了大量指标数据,为提高工程造价管理水平提供了坚实的基础支撑。然而,在输变电工程建设管理过程中,由于建设工期较长,管控节点较多,省公司及建设单位往往对技经管理要求及工作流程的执行情况无法做到非常直观、全面、及时掌握。文章以工程造价管理指标数据为基础,提炼项目造价管理关键指标,形成造价管理大数据,精准定位技经管理主要风险。技经管理人员可通过大数据统计及时、全面掌握技经管理的主要风险点,制定针对性控制措施,完善造价管理体系,提高精益化管理水平。
The accelerated development of China's economy and the steady increase of investment in power grid construction put forward higher requirements for the construction cost management level of power grid projects. With the wide application of computer technology and internet, a large amount of index data has been accumulated in the process of cost management of power grid projects, which provides a strong foundation for improving the level of cost management. However, in the process of construction and management of power transmission and transformation projects, due to the long construction period and more control nodes, provincial companies and construction units often fail to grasp the technical and economic management requirements and the implementation of the work process intuitively, comprehensively and timely.Based on the data of project cost management indicators, this study refines the key indicators of project cost management, forms the big data of cost management, accurately locates the main risks of technical and economic management. Through big data statistics, techno-economic managers can grasp the main risk points of techno- economic management in a timely and comprehensive manner, formulate targeted control measures, improve the cost management system and the level of lean management.
