摘要 以6采区集中运输巷掘进为工程背景,对影响硬岩掘进效率的因素进行了分析,并提出采用深孔预裂爆破对硬岩进行改造,并结合掘岩机进行硬岩巷道掘进的技术方案,应用效果表明,采用深孔预裂爆破后,巷道每月掘进进尺从75m提升到150m,掘进效率提升一倍,粉尘产生量也从125mg/m^3降低至46.3mg/m^3,极大的提升了硬岩巷道的掘进效率并改善了巷道的掘进环境. Taking the tunneling ofcentralized transportation roadway in No.6 mining area as the engineering background, the factors affecting the tunneling efficiency of hard rock are analyzed. And the technical scheme of hard rock roadway tunneling of hard rock reconstruction by deep-hole pre-splitting blasting method combined with rock excavator, The application results show that after using deep-hole pre-splitting blasting, the tunneling footage of roadway is increasedfrom 75m to 150m per month, and the driving efficiency is doubled than before, and the amount of dust generated is reducedfrom 125mg/m^3 to 46.3mg/m^3, which greatly improves the tunneling efficiency of hard rock roadway and improves the tunneling environment of roadway.
