粒径级配对白云鄂博矿铁矿粉液化的影响研究

摘要 铁矿粉是由含有铁元素或者铁化合物的矿石经过选矿、分选、破碎、磨碎等一系列加工步骤获得的矿粉.本文以白云鄂博铁矿粉中超特粉为研究对象,利用室内静三轴数值模拟的方式,配置了五种不同粒径级配模型.并利用离散单元法,进行了数值分析,研究了粒径级配对铁矿粉液化的影响.并根据数值分析结果,通过室内动三轴试验,对数值模拟结果进行了验证. Iron ore powder is obtained from ore containing iron elements or iron compounds through a series of processing steps such as beneficiation, sorting, crushing, grinding, etc. This paper takes the ultra-fine powder in iron ore powder of Baiyun Obo Mine as the research object, configures five different grain size grading models by indoor static triaxial numerical simulation, and studied the effect of particle size distribution on liquefaction of iron ore fines by numerical analysis using discrete element method. According to the numerical analysis results, the numerical simulation results are verified by indoor dynamic triaxial tests.
