摘要
学生参与高校图书馆管理有利于立德树人与人才培养从理论落实到实践。受Sherry Arnstein公民参与阶梯理论的启发,文章构建了学生参与图书馆管理的模型,即三类八级的学生参与阶梯,旨在分析学生参与图书馆管理的程度及类型,并结合上海交通大学学生参与图书馆管理的实践,探讨学生参与图书馆管理的路径。
Students participating in library management is widely considered to be conductive to enhancing morality and fostering talents. Inspired by Sherry Armstein’s ladder model of citizen participation, this paper constructs a model of student participation in library management, which aims to analyze the possible levels and types of student participation. Taking Shanghai Jiaotong University as an example, the paper tries to explore path and practice of student participation in library management.
