不同方法提取亳州牡丹皮中3种单萜苷的比较研究

Comparative Study on Extraction of Three Monoterpene Glycosides from Pacoeonia Suffruticosa of Bozhou

以氧化芍药苷、芍药苷、苯甲酰芍药苷、浸膏得率为评价指标,采用正交试验L9(34)优化设计,比较乙醇回流法、超声提取法、水煎煮法对亳州牡丹皮中单萜苷的试验研究。结果发现3种提取方法的含量存在明显差异,其中氧化芍药苷含量为:乙醇回流法3.7413mg/g,超声提取法3.5979mg/g,水煎煮法2.6232mg/g;芍药苷含量为:乙醇回流法9.1367mg/g,超声提取法8.9251mg/g,水煎煮法6.2206mg/g:苯甲酰芍药苷含量为:乙醇回流法3.3223mg/g,超声提取法2.9739mg/g,水煎煮法1.9418mg/g;浸膏得率为:乙醇回流法35.41%,超声提取法31.68%,水煎煮法30.61%。结果表明乙醇回流法是3种方法中提取效果最好的。

Using the contents of paeoniflorin,paeoniflorin,benzoyl paeoniflorin as the evaluation index and the extraction technology was optimized by the orthogonal experiment L 9(3 4),to compare and study the contents of monoterpene glycosides from Pacoeonia suffruticosa of Bozhou by ethanol reflux method,ultrasound extraction and water decoction.The results showed that there were significant differences in contents between three extracting solutions.The contents of paeoniflorin were 3.7413 mg/g with ethanol reflux,3.5979 mg/g with ultrasound extraction,2.6232 mg/g with water decoction,paeoniflorin were 9.1367 mg/g with ethanol reflux,8.9251 mg/g with ultrasound extraction,6.2206 mg/g with water decoction,benzoyl paeoniflorin were 3.3223 mg/g with ethanol reflux,2.9739 mg/g with ultrasound extraction,1.9418 mg/g with water decoction,and the extract yield were 35.41% with ethanol reflux,31.68% with ultrasound extraction,30.61% with water decoction.The results showed that the ethanol reflux was the best among the three methods in natural products extraction.
