原子吸收光谱法及原子荧光光谱法测定艾草中的微量元素 被引量:2

Determination of Trace Elements in Artemisia Argyi by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry and Atomic fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 为了检测艾草中所含有的微量元素,从荒废的农田里采摘艾草样品。用灼烧消解法对艾草样品进行前期处置,然后用火焰原子吸收光谱法分别测定其中的Cu、Mn、Fe、Zn、Mg五种微量元素的含量,用原子荧光光谱法测定Se元素的含量。结果表明艾草样品中微量元素的含量大小为Mg>Fe>Cu>Mn>Zn>Se,Mg含量最高,含量为195.85μg·g^-1;Se元素含量最低,含量为98.54ng·g^-1。 In order to detect the trace elements in artemisia argyi,samples of artemisia argyi were collected from abandoned farmland.The samples of artemisia argyi were treated by burning digestion method.The contents of five trace elements(Cu,Mn,Fe,Zn and Mg )in the samples were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry,and the contents of Se were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The results showed that the content of trace elements in the samples of artemisia argyi was Mg > Fe > Cu > Mn > Zn > Se,the content of Mg was the highest,which was 195.85 μg·g ^-1 ,and the content of Se was the lowest,the content was 98.54 98.54 ng·g ^-1 .
