摘要
融入先进疏浚理念,为实现疏浚船舶绿色施工,国内自主研发的6600kW绞刀功率自航绞吸船“天鲲号”设计中采用了基于环保理念的设计方法。综合考虑船舶总布置、疏浚设备、工艺技术、新能源应用,改善施工人员居住环境,降低水体污染及海洋生物影响,逐步实现以可再生能源为动力的目标。这些表明,基于环保理念的船舶设计有助于疏浚船舶实现日后的高效施工、科学施工和绿色施工。同时,“天鲲号”的设计对提高我国大型疏浚船舶设计总体水平起促进作用,也为今后研发设计同类型船舶提供思路。
Following advanced dredging concept and green construction during the dredging engineering, 6 600 kW (cutter power) self propelled cutter suction dredger "TIAN KUN HAO" is designed and developed independently in China in environmental protection concept. The living environment of crew is improved, water pollution and marine biological influence are reduced, and the power of renewable energy is gradually realized by comprehensively considering the general arrangement of ships, dredging equipment, technological skill and application of new energy. It is shown that the dredging vessel design with environmental protection concept is helpful to realize efficient construction, scientific construction and green construction."TIAN KUN HAO" becomes the reference in improving the overall design level and also provides ideas to the similar large dredging vessels in the future.
