摘要
综合考虑双燃料发动机室的安全冗余要求、发动机室与燃气阀组室防爆空间的合理划分,以及双燃料发动机在不同负荷下室内气压波动等诸多因素,基于LNG船中央集成自动化系统完成智能通风系统设计,从而实现根据双燃料发动机负荷自动调节双燃料发动机舱室通气量。经过实船试验验证,该智能通风系统设计能够满足大型电力推进LNG船双燃料发动机室通风系统实际应用要求。
In consideration of the safety and redundancy concept, the division of safety space with the explosion proof space of the gas valve room and air pressure fluctuation caused by different air consumptions of the dual fuel engine under different power loads, the intelligent ventilation system based on Integrated Automation System can achieve to automatic adjustment of the ventilation capacity for the dual fuel engine compartment to follow dual fuel engines load. After verification by tests in ship trials, this ventilation system design is proved to meet the practical application requirements of dual fuel engines on Dual Fuel Diesel Electric (DFDE) LNG carriers.
