船体钢板切割过程管控技术与其应用

摘要 开发基于PBOM(Process Bill of Material)的钢板切割过程管控系统,实现切割过程的管控。该系统采用二维码识别技术跟踪量具和零件,确保操作材料的完整性,实现量具和零件的控制。将 RFID技术用于感知切割工作区域中的员工信息,系统记录员工数量、每位员工的个人信息及其实际工作情况,反映切割过程人员的实际情况,实现对切割人员的管控。通过切割管控系统实现终端指导现场切割操作,跟踪过程执行状态,记录切割过程、质量数据标准化工艺执行过程和质量检验过程,实现切割执行过程的管控。该切割过程管理系统可减少切割和质量检验的随意性,增加实时评估和调度功能,实现对过程系统的实时反馈,其已在船厂成功实施,效果良好。 The PBOM(Process Bill of Material) based steel plate cutting process control system is developed to realize the control of the cutting process. The two dimensional code recognition technology is used to track gauges and parts, ensuring the integrity of the operating materials and achieving control of the gauges and parts. The RFID technology is used to sense the employee information in the cutting work area. The number of employees, personal information of each employee and actual work situation are recorded, the actual situation of the personnel in the cutting process is reflected, the control of the cutting personnel is realized, and the cutting control system is passed. The terminal guidance on site cutting operation is realized. By tracking process execution status, and recording cutting process, quality data standardization process execution process and quality inspection process, the control of cutting execution process is realized. The arbitrariness of cutting and quality inspection is reduced, and real time evaluation and scheduling functions are increased to achieve real time feedback on process systems. This cutting process control system is successfully used in shipyard, and the effect is good after implementation.
