摘要
交通运输部出台系列文件,从国家政策层面要求开展交通运输领域大数据、建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的推广应用.《交通运输信息化“十三五”发展规划》提出用数据说话、用数据决策、用数据管理、用数据创新,提升行业治理能力和服务水平.《推进智慧交通发展行动计划》(交办规划〔2017〕11号)提出推进BIM技术在重大交通基础设施项目的运用.为有效提升交通领域信息和智能化水平,完善全生命周期的信息传递共享机制,本文通过对BIM在交通行业各阶段技术水平及BIM融合技术进行分析,总结BIM在交通基础设施各阶段的应用模式及阶段间传递模式,为交通行业BIM应用提供理论参考.
The Ministry of Transport (MOT) issued a series of documents to promote the application of big data and building information model (BIM) technology in the transportation field from the national policy level. The 13th Five-Year Development Plan for Transportation Informationization proposes to use data to speak, use data to make decisions, use data management, and use data innovation to improve industry governance capabilities and service levels. The Action Plan for Promoting Smart Transportation Development (Management Plan [2017] No. 11) proposes to promote the use of BIM technology in major transportation infrastructure projects. To effectively improve the information and intelligence level of the transportation field and improve the information transmission and sharing mechanism of the whole life cycle, this paper analyzes the technical level of BIM in various stages of the transportation industry and BIM fusion technology, and summarizes the application mode of BIM in various stages of transportation infrastructure. Moreover, the inter-stage delivery mode provides a theoretical reference for BIM applications in the transportation industry.
