摘要
交通能耗及其产生的污染排放已成为制约我国大城市进一步发展的瓶颈,其中由职住空间分异产生的高峰时段高度集聚的长距离通勤需求是造成高交通能耗的重要因素.对职住状态以及交通能耗的关系衡量,是探索通过职住空间布局缓解高交通能耗问题的重要内容.本文回顾了职住空间分布状态及其对城市交通能耗影响的相关研究,总结出职住平衡的空间状态通过对居民出行距离、出行方式选择作用于出行能耗,通过对职住的评估是衡量规划中交通能耗的重要手段,研究职住空间的衡量方法发展低能耗的城市空间有一定参照价值.
China’s big cities are facing with severe problems including long distance travel and high transport energy consumption, and those problems are caused by a series of factors such as the city size, urban morphology, socioeconomic attributes, and distribution of residences as well as occupations. This paper reviewed main influencing factors of urban transport energy consumption, especially impact of job-housing balance, and discovered that residences and occupations distribution will influence transport energy consumption, by means of change travel distance and travel mode. The job-housing balance is an effective means to solve problems of long commuting distance and high energy consumption, but the job-housing balance is a match between employment and residence rather than the equal of quantity of jobs and houses.
