摘要
“数字中国、智慧社会”战略成为推动数字经济、智慧城市建设及其可持续化发展的重要途径。在此背景下,“智慧管网”的建设成为智慧市政建设中的重中之重。利用BIM技术研发地下管网数据一体化处理平台,在数据获取阶段即可建立三维可视化模型,不仅有助于开展规划设计应用,还可以将地下管网建设各阶段的信息纳入一体化运行。通过对管线数据的获取、规划设计及在市政建设阶段的实践应用证明:该方法不仅降低了规划设计的时间和成本,提高了建设管理阶段的效率,而且改进了传统规划设计理念,对地下管线规划设计的BIM应用研究起到了探索和引领的作用。
"Digital China, Smart Society" strategy has become an important way to promote sustainable development of digital economy and smart city. In this context, the development of "smart pipe network" has become a top priority in the construction of smart city infranstructure. The integrated data processing platform for underground pipe network BIM can establish 3d visualization model at the data acquisition stage, and can aid to planning and design, and can integrate the information of each stage of underground pipe network construction into operation process. Through the acquisition, planning and design of pipeline data and its application in urban construction stage, it is proved that this method not only reduces the time and cost of planning and design, but also improves the efficiency of construction management stage, and the traditional urban planning and design concept. Therefore, it can play an exploration and leading role in BIM application research of urban underground pipeline planning and design.
