摘要 文中提出一种计及需求响应的风电并网系统可用输电能力计算方法.首先,构建考虑独立系统运营商和负荷服务实体不同利益的现有输电协议双层优化模型.其次,将下层模型利用其KKT条件将双层优化模型转化成单层模型,再利用强对偶理论的规则,使目标函数和约束条件线性化.最后,构建求解系统最大输电能力模型,计算系统可用输电能力.通过对PJM-5节点系统和IEEE-118节点系统的仿真计算,验证了所提出方法的可行性和有效性. This paper proposes a method for calculating the available transfer capability of wind power gridconnected system that takes into account the demand response. First,build a bi-level optimization model of existing transmission commitments considering the different interests of independent system operators and load service entities. Secondly,the lower layer model is transformed into a single layer model by using its KKT condition, and then the rules of the strong dual theory are used to linearize the objective function and constraints. Finally,build the total transfer capability model of the solution system and calculate the available transfer capability of the system. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by simulation of PJM-5 node system and IEEE-118 node system.
