摘要 伴随着西部大开发与"一带一路"政策的大力支持和推进,我国在西北地区投资和建设了大量的基础设施。在诸多工程的建设当中,涌现出越来越多的问题亟待分析和解决。针对西部水利与土木建设中的岩土工程问题,本文分别就以下六个问题进行了评述与展望:西部裂隙岩体动力学参数获取;地震作用下坝体动力稳定性问题;西部高陡岩体边坡的稳定性评价问题;长大隧道的快速安全施工的问题;西部交通建设中的冻土工程问题;西部基础建设中黄土高填方的稳定性与沉降变形问题。关于这六个问题的阐述,意在进行抛砖引玉式的探讨,引起当前岩土工程学者关注和重视。 In this paper, we proposed some comments and prospects for the present situation of development in the geotechnical engineering problems in water conservancy and civil construction in western China, hopefully these com-ments and prospects could draw some valuable attentions and discussions. The comments are as follows;acquisition of dynamic parameters of fissured rock mass in western China;dynamic stability of dam body under earthquake;stability evaluation of high and steep rock mass slope in western China;rapid and safe construction of large and long tunnel;problems of permafrost engineering in western traffic construction;problems of loess high fill in western infrastructure construction.
