Discussion about the position and role of the Rural Grass-roots Party organizations in the War of Poverty Alleviation and Entrepreneurship

农村基层党组织是我国党组织体系的基层末梢,以农村基层党建带动脱贫攻坚、党的基层建设优势发展到农村、保护农民根本利益,是新时期基层党建工作的重要任务。农村基层党组织要通过发挥政治优势和组织优势调动一切脱贫攻坚的积极因素,提升党员干部工作能力,带领广大农村群众破解致富难题,挖掘、吸收各类人才,汇聚力量打赢脱贫攻坚战。

Rural grass-roots party organizations are the end of the party organization system in our country,using rural grass-roots party building to drive poverty alleviation and tackling key problems,developing the advantages of party building at the grass-roots level to rural areas and protecting the fundamental interests of farmers,which is an important task of party building at the grass-roots level in the new period.Rural grass-roots party organizations should mobilize all positive factors to extricate themselves from poverty by giving full play to their political and organizational advantages,enhance the working ability of party members and cadres,lead the broad rural masses in solving the difficult problems of getting rich,excavate and absorb all kinds of talents,and pool their forces to win the battle against poverty.
