摘要
辅导员平时的主要工作是对学生进行监督和引导,繁重的工作和不受社会认同的职业地位容易导致辅导员产生消极情感和职业倦怠。因此,应从对辅导员进行专业化管理、适当提高福利待遇、建立更人性化的制度等几方面加强干预。
The main work of counselors is to supervise and guide students,and heavy work and unrecognized professional status can easily lead to negative emotion and job burnout of counselors.Therefore,we should strengthen the intervention from the aspects of professional management of counselors,proper improvement of welfare treatment,establishment of a more humanized system and so on.
