6S管理在“病理科”危化品规范化管理中的应用分析

Application analysis of 6S management in standardized management of dangerous chemicals in pathology department

目的探究6S管理在医院病理科危化品规范化管理中的应用价值。方法以2017年1月-2018年1月医院病理科危化品管理数据作为对照组,以2018年2月-2019年2月相关数据为实验组,对照组常规进行危化品管理,实验组则实施6S管理。结果实验组环境满意度评分明显高于对照组,其盘点时间、账物相差数量明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论 6S管理应用于医院病理科危化品规范化管理中的效果较好。

Objective To explore the application value of 6 S management in standardized management of dangerous chemicals in hospital pathology department. Methods The management data of dangerous chemicals in the department of pathology of the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were taken as the control group, and the relevant data from February 2018 to February 2019 were taken as the experimental group. The control group was routinely treated with dangerous chemicals,while the experimental group was treated with 6 S management. Results The environmental satisfaction score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference in inventory time and amount of items in the accounts was significantly lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion 6 S management has a good effect in the standardized management of dangerous chemicals in hospital pathology department.
