癫痫患儿应用个性化延续护理模式可提高治疗效果和医嘱依从性分析

The application of personalized continuous care model in children with epilepsy can improve the therapeutic effect and the analysis of compliance with medical advice

目的探究癫痫患儿接受个性化延续护理干预的价值。方法将癫痫患儿36例,以双盲法,随机分组,时间为2018年1月-2019年1月,对照组常规护理,实验组个性化延续护理,分析2组癫痫患儿护理的结果。结果实验组治疗有效率(94.44%),相较于对照组总有效率(66.67%),更高,P<0.05;实验组医嘱总依从率(88.89%),较对照组医嘱总依从率(55.56%)高,P<0.05。结论癫痫患儿接受个性化延续护理,可提高其治疗的效果,增加其医嘱依从性。

Objective To explore the value of individualized continuous nursing intervention for children with epilepsy. Methods Thirty-six children with epilepsy were randomLy divided into two groups by double-blind method from January 2018 to January 2019. The control group received routine nursing care, and the experimental group received personalized continuing nursing care. The results of the two groups of children with epilepsy were analyzed. Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(94.44%) was higher than that in the control group(66.67%), P<0.05. The total compliance rate of medical advice in the experimental group(88.89%) was higher than that in the control group(55.56%), P<0.05. Conclusion Patients with epilepsy receiving individualized continuous care can improve the therapeutic effect and increase the compliance of medical advice.
