在女性恶性肿瘤中乳腺癌的发病率居首位,具有发病率高、根治性差的特点。肿瘤干细胞与正常干细胞一样,具有不可控制的繁殖能力和不断自我更新完善的能力,有研究认为肿瘤干细胞在肿瘤的发生、复发以及转移中起到一定的作用,对乳腺癌肿瘤干细胞及表面标志物进行研究,可以帮助人们从根本上认识乳腺癌的发病机制,并从机制入手寻求治疗的方法和预防的手段。相信随着科研的深入,针对乳腺癌肿瘤干细胞的治疗,必然会为广大乳腺癌患者带来福音。

In malignant tumors,the incidence of breast carcinoma in female is the first with a high incidence and poor curerate. Like normal stem cells,tumor stem cells have an uncontrollable ability to reproduce and constantly renew themselves. Some studies suggest that tumor stem cells play a certain role in the occurrence,recurrence and metastasis of tumors.Studying the tumor stem cells and its surface markers can help to understand the pathogenesis of breast carcinoma,as a result can cure or prevent breast cancer. With the progress of scientific research,the treatment targeting breast cancer stem cells will inevitably bring good results to the patients.
