摘要
以某款汽车稳定杆连杆球铰为研究对象,建立有限元仿真模型,并基于ABAQUS软件对其进行拉溃力和刚度分析。首先,通过材料单轴拉伸试验获取该球铰的材料力学性能参数;其次,根据主机厂的加载要求,对该球铰的轴向刚度、径向刚度和拉压溃力进行有限元分析,并进行试验验证,试验结果表明本球铰产品能够满足拉压溃力性能与刚度要求,将试验数据与仿真计算结果进行对比,验证了有限元模型的正确性;最后,基于ABAQUS软件进行球铰的复模态分析,计算了系统的复特征值以及确定了本球铰产品无不稳定模态,为产品的设计开发提供了理论依据。
A finite element model was applied to analyze the ball joint of a stabilizer linkage. The finite element model is established to analyze the collapse properties and stiffness of the ball joint under tension and compression condition. Firstly, the material property parameters of ball joints were obtained by the uniaxial tensile tests. Secondly, according to the loading requirements of the vehicle operation, the finite element analysis of the stiffness about radial and axial directions and collapse analysis have been conducted, then the relevant experiment has been carried out to examine the FEA results. The test results show that the ball joint meet the requirement of the collapse properties and stiffness, and the comparison between test data and FEA results verifies the correctness of the finite element model. Finally, the complex eigenvalues of the ball joint were obtained by the finite element complex mode analysis based on ABAQUS, and the unstable modes of the ball joint have not been found. The analysis results provide a theoretical basis for product design and development.
