基于主客观赋权法的城市生态环境评价 被引量:11

摘要 针对目前的城市生态环境评价体系复杂多变、评价指标选取混乱、移植性较差等问题,基于层次分析法和变异系数法相结合的主客观赋权法构建起具有较强通用性的城市生态环境评价体系和评价模型,并利用该模型对天府新区成都直管区进行了城市生态环境评价。结果表明:该区域城市生态环境等级整体较好,生态环境等级为较好、好、一般的面积占总面积的71.07%,主要分布在直管区中部和南部区域;而等级为较差和差的面积占总面积的28.93%,集中分布于直管区西北部和东部边界区域。该评价法对于城市环境评价精度较高,评价体系及模型简洁实用,为城市生态环境评价提供了新的思路。 The current urban eco-environmental evaluation system is complex and uncertain, the evaluation index is chaotic, and the portability is poor. Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Coefficient of Variation (CV), in combination with subjective and objective weighting method, a more versatile urban ecological environment evaluation system and evaluation model was constructed. This model was used to evaluate the urban ecological environment of Tianfu New District directly under Chengdu City. The results show that the urban ecological environment rank level of this area is good in overall and the level of good or fairly good and average account for 71.07% of the total area, which are mainly distributed in the central and southern area. The level of poor accounts for 28.93% of the total area, which is distributed in the northwest and eastern border of the area. This evaluation method has high accuracy, simple and practical assessment system, which can provide a new idea for urban ecological environment assessment.
