颞叶癫痫患者事件相关电位P300研究的Meta分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 评价颞叶癫痫患者认知相关电位P300潜伏期是否存在异常。方法 检索PubMed、Webofknowledge、CochraneLibrary、中国知网全文数据库、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库及中国生物医学文献光盘数据库等电子数据库中关于颞叶癫痫患者与正常对照人群P300相比较的文献,检索时间为1979年9月-2019年4月。采用RevMan5.3软件对P300潜伏期进行Meta分析。结果 共检索到319篇文献,共7项研究符合入组标准进行Meta分析。采用随机效应模型合并分析,结果显示,潜伏期大于正常对照组[总效应Z=3.57,合并SMD=1.09,95%CI(0.49,1.69),P<0.01]。结论P300能够反映颞叶癫痫患者事件相关电位的损害,可以作为综合评估颞叶癫痫患者认知功能损害的客观指标。 Objective To evaluate whether there is abnormality in the cognitive latency-related P300 latency in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy. Methods Searching for the literature comparing the temporal lobe epilepsy patients with the normal control P300 in an electronic database such as PubMed, Web of knowledge, Cochrane Library, China Knowledge Network full-text database, Wanfang database, Weipu Chinese scientific journal database and Chinese biomedical literature CD database, Search time is September 1979-April 2019. Results A total of 319 articles were retrieved, and a total of 7 studies met the inclusion criteria for meta-analysis.Using random effects model combined analysis, the results showed that the incubation period was greater than the normal control group [overall effect Z=3.57,SMD=1.09,95% CI(0.49,1.69),P<0.01]. Conclusion P300 can reflect the damage of event-related potentials in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy, and can be used as an objective indicator to comprehensively assess cognitive impairment in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy.
