摘要
在全面深化国企改革的背景下,2019年我国将全面取消高速公路省界收费站的形势下,如何提高高速公路企业的经济效益必须要依赖于健全的管理体系。本文结合多年的工作实践,立足于高速公路企业管理视角,阐述新常态下高速公路经营管理所存在的问题,最后结合存在的问题提出优化管理模式,提高企业经济效益的具体对策。
Under the background of comprehensively deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises and the situation that China will completely abolish the of expressway provincial toll stations in 2019, how to improve the economic benefits of expressway enterprises must rely on a sound management system. Based on the practice of many years of work, this paper expounds the problems of expressway management in the new normal state, and finally puts forward the optimization management mode and the specific countermeasures to improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.
