Key Points and Development Direction of Construction Project Quality Supervision under the New Situation

建筑工程是建筑项目的重要组成,质量监督工作的成效直接关系到建筑项目的施工水平。我国建筑工程的问题,主要表现在监管力度不够造成的施工技术和施工管理水平低下、市场运行秩序混乱及工程施工质量低下等问题,严重影响建筑项目的施工进度和施工质量。本文通过一系列实例的研究,分析建筑工程出现问题的主要原因,尤其是在新形势下,寻找解决既有问题的方法,探究如何进一步促进建筑工程快速发展的新思路和新方法。

Construction engineering is an important component of construction projects. The effectiveness of quality supervision work is directly related to the construction level of construction projects. The problems of construction engineering in China are mainly caused by the low level of construction technology and construction management caused by insufficient supervision, the disorder of market operation and the low quality of construction, which seriously affect the construction progress and construction quality of construction projects. Through a series of examples, this paper analyzes the main causes of problems in construction engineering, especially in the new situation, finds ways to solve the existing problems, and explores new ideas and methods to further promote the rapid development of construction engineering.
