Summary of Research on Green Construction Management Mode

绿色施工是站在全局发展高度提出的一种具有战略意义的施工理念,在关注施工技术水平及企业经济效益的同时,加大了对环境、资源及能源的重视程度。从绿色施工管理模式的构建方面展开研究分析,综述了目前国内外建筑企业实施绿色施工的研究现状,并指出了目前研究中存在的不足,希望为企业辨识自身的绿色施工水平及提高绿色施工管理能力提供借鉴。

Green construction is a construction concept with strategic significance put forward from the height of overall development.While paying attention to the level of construction technology and the economic benefits of enterprises, green construction has increased the attention to the environment, resources and energy. This paper studies and analyzes the construction of green construction management mode, summarizes the current research status of green construction in construction enterprises at home and abroad, and points out the deficiencies in the current research, hoping to provide reference for enterprises to identify their own green construction level and improve the green construction management ability.
