科技型企业估值因其不确定因素较多,其具有高风险高投资收益、高成长性以及无形资产所占比重大等特点,不同机构估值分析结果往往相差甚远,科技型企业的估值问题一直以来都是业内人士争议的焦点。本文主要对科技型企业的特点进行概括描述,并结合其特点分析了科技型企业在估值时所面临的困难所在,并就此提出一系列对科技型企业估值的建议。

This paper mainly describes the characteristics of technology-based enterprises, and analyzes the difficulties faced by technology-based enterprises in valuation, and puts forward a series of suggestions.
