一种新型的圆弧直径测量装置

摘要 机械零件中关于圆弧段、球面尺寸的检测一般是通过样板工装检验,不同零件需制作大量专用样板,且样板检测无法显示具体尺寸,且工装精度及加工直接影响到产品生产。文章介绍一种简易的圆弧直径测量装置,基于三点式接触计算原理,可以得出工件圆弧或球面的具体尺寸,同时也可检测其型线的变化情况,适用场合广,实用性较强。 The detection of arc segments and spherical dimensions in mechanical parts is generally tested by sample tooling. A large number of special samples need to be made for different parts, and the sample test can not display the specific size, and the tooling precision and processing directly affect the product production. The article introduces a simple arc diameter measuring device. Based on the three-point contact calculation principle, the specific size of the arc or spherical surface of the workpiece can be obtained. At the same time, the variation of the profile can be detected. It is suitable for a wide range of applications and has strong practicability.
