摘要
针对传统的铁轨巡检方式的缺点,工作强度大、巡检效率低、巡检标准不统一等缺点,设计一种全天候铁轨巡检机器人,该机器人能够全天在铁轨上进行巡检工作,而且机器人在工作的同时能够智能检测即将来临的火车,并能够及时的转换工作模式以及休眠模式,较之传统的人工巡检模式,该机器人不仅大幅度的缩短了巡检时间而且提高了巡检效率。
In view of the shortcomings of traditional railway inspection methods, for example, high-intensity work, low inspection efficiency, non-uniform inspection standards and so on. We created a all-weather track inspection robot. It can patrol the track all day long.In addition, the robot can intelligently detect the incoming trains while working,and timely change the working mode and sleeping mode.Compared with the traditional inspection method, the robot not only shortens the inspection time but also improves the inspection efficiency.
