天台山特长隧道通风竖井提升设备选型与验算

摘要 随着我国特长公路隧道的大量出现,隧道通风竖井的数目也随之增多,隧道通风竖井施工采用正井法施工在国内依然是主要的方法。针对隧道工程通风用大断面深竖井施工技术复杂、提升过程中安全隐患集中等问题,本文秦岭天台山特长隧道2#通风竖井施工为例,开展了系列提升设备选型与安全验算工作,具体包括凿井井架选型及验算、提升钢丝绳选择与安全计算、吊盘悬吊钢丝绳选择与验算、钢丝绳偏角验算、吊桶验算、天轮平台梁验算等。本文工作确保了天台山隧道2#通风竖井的安全高效施工,可供类似工程借鉴。 With the emergence of a large number of extra long highway tunnels in China, the number of tunnel ventilation shafts has also increased. The construction of tunnel ventilation shafts mainly adopts the positive well method in China. In view of the complicated construction technology of large-section deep shafts for tunnel engineering ventilation and the concentration of safety hazards during the lifting process, this paper takes the construction of 2# ventilation shaft of Tiantaishan Extra-long Tunnel in Qinling as an example, and carried out a series of lifting equipment selection and safety checking, including drilling derrick selection and checking, hoisting wire rope selection and safety calculation, hanging wire suspension wire rope selection and check calculation, wire rope yaw angle check, bucket check calculation, sky wheel platform beam check calculation, etc. The work of this paper ensures the safe and efficient construction of the 2# ventilation shaft of the Tiantaishan Tunnel, which can be used for similar projects.
