摘要
校企合作是企业资源与高职院校资源充分利用,互惠共赢的重要机制,近期国家出台的《职教二十条》中也提出促进产教融合校企“双元”育人,推动校企全面加强深度合作的指导意见,论文根据前期学者的研究和实际情况,发现校企合作存在深度不足专业性欠缺、院校专业发展促进不足、成果商业化转化程度低、学生认可程度低等问题,然后从企业和高职院校两方面进行了分析,指出校企合作应该建立在专业性、价值性、融入性和层次性原则基础之上。
School-enterprise cooperation is an important mechanism for the full utilization of corporate resources and higher vocational college resources, and is a win-win initiative. The recent "Twenty Articles of Vocational Education" issued by the state also proposes to promote the integration of production and education, to promote schools and enterprises to comprehensively strengthen in-depth cooperation. According to the research and actual situation of previous scholars, the paper finds that the cooperation between schools and enterprises has problems of insufficient cooperation, lack of professionalism, lack of professional development of colleges, low degree of commercialization of results, and low degree of student recognition. Then it is analyzed from both the enterprise and the higher vocational colleges, and pointed out that school-enterprise cooperation should be based on the principles of professionalism, value-oriented, integration and hierarchy.
