电网基建工程造价差异分析的研究

Research on the System of Engineering Cost Difference Analysis of Power Grid Capital Construction Project

针对电网基建工程投资结余率偏高、工程结算价与合同价、决算超概算等差异较大的现状,文章通过对典型工程的全过程造价管控工作的深度剖析,以费用差异为主线,以问题为导向,研究并提出了造价差异的五维分析模型,并且结合典型电网基建工程的全过程管控,建立了电网基建工程造价分析体系,对电网企业寻找工程造价差异原因,以便后续提出切实有效的造价管控体系具有重大意义。

The current economic state of grid infrastructure project is quite disturbing for problems like high investment balance rate, cost overrun. For such problems, the five-dimensional analysis model of the cost difference, in this paper, is proposed by cutting deeply into the whole process of cost control work of the typical project, which treats the cost difference as the main line of research, problems as the guide. Also combining with the whole process management of the typical grid infrastructure project, the cost analysis system of grid infrastructure project is presented- a reliable solution for power grid enterprises to get to the bottom of cost difference and to put forward a practical cost control system.
