摘要 生物传感器是利用生物化学和电化学反应原理,将生物化学反应信号通过信号转换器转换成光信号、电信号的分析检测仪器,具有使用方便、快速、准确灵敏度高等特点。本文主要介绍了微生物细胞传感器、酶传感器、免疫传感器、组织传感器和DNA传感器的主要特点以及在环境监测、食品工业、发酵工业和生物医学等领域的应用和研究进展。 Biosensor is an analytical instrument that uses the biochemical and electrochemical reaction principles to convert biochemical reaction signals into optical signals and electrical signals through signal converters. It has the characteristics of convenient, fast, accurate and high sensitivity. This paper reviews the main features of microbial cell sensors, enzyme sensors, immunosensors, tissue sensors and DNA sensors, and the applications and research progress in the fields of environmental monitoring, food industry, fermentation industry and biomedicine.
