摘要
目前,我国电力市场化进程在各省快速推进,电力现货市场改革不断深化。本文旨在构建综合性全要素评价指标,力求从发电企业内部和外部出发,以科学性,可操作性,有效性、全面性为指导原则,对整个发电企业的竞争力指标进行系统评价分析。面对经济新常态、新电改以及能源行业复杂多变的新形势,如何培育、增强市场竞争力,把握市场机遇,提升行业地位和影响力,成为所有发电企业面临的共同课题。
At present, China's power marketization process is rapidly advancing in various provinces, and the reform of the power spot market is deepening. The purpose of this paper is to construct a comprehensive all-element evaluation index, and strive to conduct a systematic evaluation and analysis of the competitiveness indicators of the entire power generation enterprise based on the internal and external power generation enterprises, with the guiding principles of science, operability, effectiveness and comprehensiveness. Faced with the new economic normal, new electricity reform and the new and complex situation of the energy industry, how to cultivate and enhance market competitiveness, seize market opportunities, and enhance the status and influence of the industry has become a common issue facing all power generation companies.
