Effect of University Alumni Resources on Employment Work and Its Realization Approach

落实高校毕业生充分就业、高质量就业是各级政府、教育行政部门,乃至全社会普遍关心的问题.搞好就业工作必须盘活一切资源存量.校友资源以其独特的资源价值,在学生就业过程中有着越来越重要的、不可替代的功能优势.通过研究校友资源在高校毕业生就业工作中的地位与作用,以期为高校就业工作落地、落细、落实提供可资借鉴的实现途径.

How to settle the employment of graduates adequately and with high quality is a concerned problem for government at all levels, and even the whole society. In order to improve employment, it is better to utilize all the resources. The alumni resources with the distinct resource value, is increasingly important and non-substitutable for the employment of graduates. Based on this, the effect of university alumni resources on employment work was discussed in this paper, in order to supply the referenced realization approach for the employment of graduates.
