摘要
Apelin/APJ系统在人体组织中分布广泛,通过自分泌和旁分泌等信号途径发挥重要的生物学效应。它具有调节血管舒缩功能、正性肌力作用、调节血管内皮功能、刺激VSMC表型转换和增殖功能、促进血管发生、调节体液平衡等重要生物学功能,参与动脉粥样硬化、高血压、心力衰竭、心肌梗塞、心房纤颤等多种心血管系统疾病的发生发展。本文对Apelin/APJ系统在心血管疾病中的生理、病理作用进行了综述。
Apelin/APJ system is widely distributed in human tissues and exerts important biological effects through autocrine and paracrine signal pathways. It has important biological functions such as regulating vasomotor, positive muscle function, regulating vascular endothelial function, stimulating VSMC phenotype transformation and proliferation function, promoting angiogenesis, regulating fluid balance. Apelin/APJ system plays a key role in the development of atherosclerosis, hypertension, heart failure, myocardial infarction, atrial fibrillation and other cardiovascular diseases. In this paper, the physiological and pathological effects of Apelin/APJ system in cardiovascular diseases were reviewed.
